The present general conditions of sale apply to all the sales concluded on the website www.mize-paris.com property of the company MIZE. Any order taking under a product appearing within the online store of the site www.mize-paris.com supposes the consultation and the preliminary acceptance of the present conditions of sale.
The general conditions can be modified at any time and without notice. Consequently, we recommend you to consult them regularly.

Confidentiality and freedom

Respecting your privacy, MIZE does not share, sell, or rent customer information to third parties, but reserves the right to use the information to ensure the proper functioning of the MIZE site and also for marketing campaigns about our products. MIZE treats all information provided in strictest confidence through encrypted servers. This information is required to ensure that your order is processed correctly and that it is followed up carefully. At any time, in accordance with art.34 of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, "you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you". Products

Our products are guaranteed new. The availability of the product is indicated on the product sheets. Nevertheless, during your order, if in spite of our vigilance, the products prove to be temporarily or definitively unavailable, you will be informed by e-mail or by mail.

In case of non-execution of the contract due to a case of force majeure (strike, flood, fire...), the website www.mize-paris.com as well as the company MIZE are released from any responsibility in case of non-execution of the contract. MIZE cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of service or other involuntary problems.

Price

The price is in Euros. The price listed is inclusive of all taxes. The prices indicated for each product or service do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or any additional charges associated with the product or service purchased, unless otherwise stated. However, any applicable surcharges will always be communicated to the user prior to checkout. MIZE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Return policy

- All products that are defective or not in accordance with the customer's order can be returned to MIZE within 3 days of receipt, at no cost to the customer.

- You have 20 days after receipt of the package to return your glasses if they do not suit you. You will be reimbursed if the following criteria are met: the glasses must be returned to us in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (undamaged, unused, damaged or soiled) accompanied by any accessories, stickers and instructions. The return costs are at the buyer's expense.

Secure order and payment

The customer validates his order as stated below. This validation entails acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The customer interested in an item visible on the mize-paris.com website follows the following process to establish his order. After clicking on the "buy" icon and after checking the specifics of his order (color, quantity, product, price, etc...), the customer validates the choice of the selected product(s) by a click. Any order form signed by the consumer by the "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the customer towards the merchant (law of March 13, 2000 on the electronic signature) not being able to be called into question in the present general conditions of sale. If the customer benefits from a special offer, he must first enter a code that will have been assigned to him in the field provided for this purpose. After having validated his method of payment, the customer validates definitively and irrevocably his order. Any payment will result in the issuance of an invoice on behalf of the customer. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

Delivery

MIZE products will be delivered in perfect condition to the delivery address indicated in the order form. The amount of the shipping costs is calculated according to the delivery address entered in the form and is subject to the approval of the buyer before validation of each order. Mize assumes no responsibility for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the user. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The delivery times indicated during the order process are given as an indication. MIZE will do its best to respect the announced deadlines as soon as the payment is confirmed. However, in case of delay, the user will be duly informed.
