What are the glasses used on half glasses?

All our glasses are category 3 and protect 100% of UV400.
All our glasses have a polarized filter to reduce glare.
MIZ Sunglasses comply with the following standards: European Standard DIN EN ISO 12312-1: 2014 According to the European Community Directive 89/686 / EEC, American Standard ANSI Z80.3-2001 and Australian Standard AS / NZS 1067: 2003.

How to take care of my glasses?

Use the half box to protect your glasses during transport and storage.
Make sure the glasses are free from dust and debris before storage, clean them with the microfiber supplied.
It is strongly discouraged to put the glasses against a hard surface, to leave your glasses in direct contact with the sunlight under high temperatures, like a car dashboard.

How long does the delivery take ?

It takes about 3 to 5 working days. Our partner will send you a link with a tracking number.
Note, we do not send weekends and holidays.

What are the dimensions of the MIZE models?

All MIZ models have been designed to be unisex.
The dimensions of the models are indicated on each product pages. The branches of all our models measure 145mm.

What is the return procedure?

- All products that are defective or non-compliant with the customer's order can be returned to halftime within 3 days after receipt, at no cost to the customer.

- You have 20 days after receiving the package to return your glasses if you do not like it. You will be able to repay if the following criteria are respected, the glasses must return to us in their original packaging, in a perfect resale state (not damaged, unused, damaged or dirty) accompanied by any accessories, stickers and notices . Returns costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How do you proceed with the refund?

The repayments will be issued by the same payment method used by the buyer during his initial order (credit card, PayPal account).
